Community Reporter, St. Paul, Minnesota, founded in 1972, is one of the most popular newspapers of the city of Saint Paul, which is the capital of Minnesota and the county seat of one of the counties in Minnesota, Ramsey County.
Community Reporter, St. Paul, Minnesota serves its readers with news regarding the issues and events of the community as well as information relating to the growths in the business world and historical viewpoints. Community Reporter, St. Paul, Minnesota is a non-profit Minnesota newspaper which is published and handled by a tax-free conglomerate of community volunteers.

The Community Reporter is distributed freely to almost 8,000 homes in downtown St. Paul, West End and Southwest Highland localities of St. Paul. Extra copies of the Community Reporter are also circulated among the business organizations and other establishments. Newspapers are delivered at the beginning of every month with the advertising deadline for the next month’s issue being on the third Monday of each month. The space reservations for the ads may not be deleted after the deadline. The Community Reporter holds full authorization power to reject any ad found inconsistent with the editorial policies or for accounts not paid to the newspaper. The Community Reporter also patronizes Young Writing Programs by asking the young students to welcome the New Year with their New Year wishes. The Business Directory provides useful information and addresses of the local services and public places like the churches, shops, restaurants and health care. The Community Reporter also offers links to the community organizations, features articles by the name “A Levee Remembered” and important information on the local schools.
